Inspired looks from a Disney princess - Cinderella

Cinderella, the first fairy tale of my life, brings Prince Charming to every little girl’s dream. My favorite moment is when Prince Charming holding the shoe in front of her to try it on and the ending “Cinderella and her Prince lived happily ever after”

Cinderella appears in Walt Disney Pictures’ 12th animated feature film Cinderella in 1950. Although it received varied negative feedbacks, Cinderella still becomes one of the most famous princesses, especially her iconic footwear. Christian Louboutin released a show based on Cinderella’s.

I love the sky-blue hue of her looks which matches her complexions. The highlight, of course, is the shoes.

Melissa Odabash - Menorca swimsuit
The gold-tone embellishments are just right on the halter-neck. The ruched sides are designed for a flattering effect. The hue is perfect on sun-kissed skin.

Alexander McQueen - Tiered eyelet dress
This dress, inspired from the ‘40s, somehow reminds me before Cinderella meets her fairy God Mother. The sky-blue has a grey and pale tone and the eyelet skirt is cute but feminine. Besides, the front cutout is trendy this season.

Rag & Bone - dress & Helmet Lang - leather leggings
The light-blue cotton-chambray dress features a loose fit and a wash effect. I see Cinderella in a similar dress, washing the floor, doing the housework and praying to her mom. To spice up the look, I picked the stretch lamb leather legging for a chic urban look.

Oscar de la Renta - Silk-organza top & Miu Miu - Pencil skirt
Pencil skirt is classic for a fairy tale. This sky-blue vinly one is, on the other hand, modern and structured. Pair this with the opposites: lace, knits, silk... This Oscar de la Renta features floral embroidery which brings up the girly side of Cinderella to life.

Valentino - Silk shirt & KAUFMANFRANCO - Metallic pants
This lightweight cotton-poplin with a sheer skil-organza yoke has a beautiful sky-blue hue for a princess look. The straight cut and crispy fabrics are boyish and fun. It was paired with wide-leg pants on the runway in Pairs. I believe it looks better with metallic skinny pants.

Vionnet - Cutout gown
Cutout is a big deal this year. Vionnet’s crepe gown is completely cutaway at the sides and back. Plus, it has the perfect Cinderella sky-blue. The swishy pleats will allow you to float gracefully like a princess. Try to tone down with the accessaries.

Glass shoes
The best part of Cinderella fairy tale is the moment Prince Charming brought the glass shoe for Cinderella. The shoe designed for the very her.

Christian Louboutin - Cinderella pumps

Oscar de la Renta - Pearlette boots

Jimmy Choo - Studded pumps

Miu Miu - Glitter pumps
